D. Scott Tyree was born and raised in Fayette County, West Virginia where he graduated from Mt. Hope High School in 1980. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Marshall University in 1984 and a Masters Degree from Marshall in 1986.
Mr. Tyree worked as a claims adjuster for six years before attending the West Virginia University College of Law where he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1993. Since that time he has practiced extensively in the areas of Personal Injury Litigation, Domestic Relations, Criminal Law, and Bankruptcy.
Mr. Tyree is a member of the American Association For Justice, the West Virginia Bar Association and has spoken at a number of legal education programs.
Eric Embree is a native of Dayton, Ohio. He spent ten years as a human resources and labor relations manager with a Swedish multinational company, A.B. Electrolux, in its major home appliance division the Frigidaire Company.
He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Wright State University in 1984, and a Masters in Business Administration from Capital University in 1990. In 1994, he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Capital Law School and since that time has worked extensively in the areas of personal injury litigation, real estate and criminal law in both West Virginia and Ohio, and is a member of the Putnam County Civil Service Commission.
Mr. Embree is a member of the Ohio and West Virginia Bar and is admitted to practice in West Virginia and Ohio as well as The United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
